Rebuilds and rescues
If you already have a site that's slow, dated, or awkward to edit, it usually doesn't need throwing away. I'll tell you honestly whether it's worth fixing or worth replacing.

A private login where you can see visitors, where they came from, and how many turned into enquiries or orders — plus a message thread straight to me. No spreadsheets, no monthly PDF.
